Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Medical Surgical Floor. Located within a regional facility known for its comprehensive emergency department, advanced intensive care units, and a large licensed bed capacity. This position involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adult patients requiring medical-surgical nursing expertise.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, current NIH, ACLS, BLS certifications, minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, at least 1 travel assignment completed, located 60 miles or greater from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 1:6 patient ratio, high patient turnover, proficiency in performing EKGs, and managing heparin drips
• Additional Information: Ability to start IVs, insert Foley catheters, and NG tubes is required. The candidate must demonstrate adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
