Payment Operations Specialist

Preparing and processing daily trader payouts, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage ACH, Wise, wire, and Aeropay transactions while participating in the transition to in-house operations and automation adoption. Key Responsibilities Prepare ACH, Wise, and wire batches according to runbooks and daily cutoffs Maintain accurate records for independent reconciliation and flag anomalies immediately Execute cutover tasks and adopt new automated workflows as offshore work transitions in-house Required Qualifications 2+ years of operations experience in payments, banking, or fintech High attention to detail and strong process discipline Comfort working to firm daily cutoffs Clear written records and communication
