Payment Operations Associate

Focused on daily money movement, the full-time Payment Operations Associate will monitor payment flows, resolve transaction issues, and implement automation strategies in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Monitor and reconcile payment flows across domestic and international rails, addressing transaction issues as they arise Drive improvements in reconciliation systems and workflows, including the implementation of automation and AI-enabled processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and support the launch of new payment corridors and partners Required qualifications Experience in payment operations or financial reconciliation processes Familiarity with cryptocurrency and fiat transaction systems Proven ability to implement automation in operational workflows Strong analytical skills for diagnosing payment issues and improving processes Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
