CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for executing precise machine setups and leveraging your expertise in G & M codes to independently manufacture components. You will be expected to operate both CNC milling and lathe equipment with minimal oversight. Key Duties: Execute machine configurations with speed, precision, and efficiency. Manage machine operations to successfully complete production cycles. Interpret complex blueprints and technical operation documentation. Foster collaborative connections with colleagues, management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Required Qualifications: Completion of high school or GED is mandatory, with additional technical training in CNC preferred. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation. Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma control systems is advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in G & M programming languages. Strong verbal communication skills and a knack for resolving technical challenges. High level of precision and the capacity to manage intricate tasks. Maintain a constructive outlook while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, client-oriented setting.
