Job Details:Job Description: The Role and ImpactWe are seeking a Senior Engineering Lab Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and development of an engineering lab supporting complex hardware and platform engineering activities.In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead a technical team, optimize lab capabilities and resources, and partner across engineering organizations to enable efficient development, testing, validation, and execution. You will establish operational priorities, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvements in lab processes, infrastructure, equipment, and engineering workflows.Your leadership will help ensure the lab is positioned to meet current engineering needs while anticipating future technology,capacity, and infrastructure requirements.About the TeamYou will join an engineering organization focused on enabling the development, integration, and validation of advanced hardware and platform technologies. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Note:This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Electrical/Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related field and a 9 years of professional experience.
