Cultivate trusted relationships with North Texas developers, landowners, municipalities, and reviewing agencies. Proactivelyidentifynew business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies for major development projects. Oversee the execution of large-scale, multi-disciplinary land development projects with strong project controls and financial performance Ensure predictable project outcomes through effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams to support long-term practice growth Mentor staff and promote a collaborative, learning-focused environment that supports career development Drive operational excellence, resource planning and compliance with company standards and industry regulations What You’ll Bring 12-20+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Strong credibility with North Texas developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios Experience in business development and growinga regionalpractice Excellent communication, leadership presence, and emotional intelligence W ork Environment + Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard physical requirements such as sitting, typing, and extended computer use. Occasional travel within the DFW region may berequiredfor client meetings, site visits, or industry events.
