The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The Sales Specialist possesses a deep understanding of account-based selling, a proven ability to build and maintain strong total office relationships, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional initiatives. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations. Demonstrating a strong business acumen, the Sales Specialist will effectively manage territory resources, share best practices with internal team members, and align goals with organizational targets.

Essential areas of responsibility include building rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts, providing healthcare product demonstrations, consulting with physicians and medical office staff to promote products and provide education, strategically managing and growing relationships with key accounts, regularly reviewing sales data to create effective territory plans, maintaining a competitive edge by addressing market challenges, and achieving sales performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, and at least one year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience, with pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred. Skills include a proven record of accomplishments in the specific market, demonstrated interpersonal skills, well-developed written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact with healthcare providers in both face-to-face and virtual environments. Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Travel requirements include regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel. Territory boundaries include Statesville, NC to the North, Gastonia, NC to the South, Lexington, NC to the East, and Hickory, NC to the West. Territory boundaries are subject to change based on business need.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 $160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan.
