Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is central to ensuring that each project is delivered with precision, financial discipline, and the level of excellence that defines our reputation.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project performance across all phases, with a strong emphasis on cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and overall financial management, while maintaining alignment with design intent and construction quality standards.

This position requires a construction professional who can balance field understanding with executive-level project oversight, ensuring that both operational execution and financial outcomes are tightly managed.

? Can effectively coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors

? Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

? Thrives in environments where precision, accountability, and quality are non-negotiable

Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Project & Construction Management

? End-to-end project management of luxury residential or complex construction projects

? Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and field operations

? Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings at a high level

? Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across multiple trades

? Proven ability to maintain schedule adherence and resolve field conflicts proactively

Financial & Cost Control

? Advanced understanding of construction accounting principles

? Experience with job cost tracking, cost-to-complete forecasting, xhyhwjd and variance analysis

? Ability to manage and maintain project budgets with high accuracy

? Experience reviewing and approving subcontractor pay applications and change orders

? Strong analytical skills for identifying cost risks and financial exposure early

Software & Technology

? Proficiency with construction management software such as:

? Procore (preferred)

? Buildertrend (preferred)

? Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

? Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general business communication tools

? Ability to adapt quickly to project management and financial tracking systems

Leadership & Communication

? Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage field and office teams effectively

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to lead meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
