Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. Servers are responsible for providing excellent guest service while accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining their tables, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of teamwork and taking care of the guest from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and specials.
• Make recommendations and confidently suggest additional food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Check on guests throughout their visit and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and applicable laws.
• Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures.
• Complete side work and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow dress and grooming standards.
• Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy and stressful shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet all applicable age and legal requirements for alcohol service.
