Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This position serves as a liaison between purchasing and warehouse operations, helping maintain the smooth flow of inventory throughout our facilities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inventory activities to ensure accurate inventory records and product availability. Manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions within the ERP system. Support receiving operations by tracking deliveries, processing receipts, and resolving discrepancies. Assist with shipping documentation, delivery confirmations, and invoicing issues. Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and serial number verification. Manage damaged, overage, shortage, and freight claim processes. Enter and manage customer orders, returns, and related documentation. Collaborate across departments to improve processes and support customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and freight activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems; Prophet 21 experience is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Knowledge of Lean or 5S principles is a plus. Forklift experience or certification is preferred; willingness to learn required.
