Labor and Employment Attorney

Attorney PositionDirect Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Labor & Employment business unit in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license.Key Responsibilities:Experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful terminationDrafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plusDrafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employersDetail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skillsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE)Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Health insurance with HSA/FSA optionsDentalVisionShort-term and long-term disabilityLife insurance401(k)Vacation and sick timeParking/public transportation allowanceEmployee assistance program.
