Line Prep / Expo Cook

Overview We’re looking for an efficient Line / Prep / Expo Cook to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll handle ingredient prep, cook menu items to order, and manage the pass window to ensure orders are accurate and delivered hot.

Key Responsibilities

Prep & Setup: Chop, portion, and stock station ingredients before and during service.
Line Cooking: Prepare food to spec quickly and accurately on assigned stations.
Expo & Ticket Flow: Check plates for accuracy, quality, and temp before sending them out.
Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all sanitation/food safety standards.

Requirements

1+ years of restaurant kitchen experience (Prep, Line, or Expo).
Strong knife skills, ticket reading, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain).
Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
