We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location (105 Long Rd). • Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all team members are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best
• Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and money reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
• Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth
• Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and efficient approach
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting the standard for operational excellence
• Make decisive, analytical decisions to solve problems and optimize daily operations
• Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to support smooth store functioning
• Communicate clearly with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
• Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as part of regular operational duties
• Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to all tasks while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment

• Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Strong math and problem-solving skills with demonstrated money management capabilities

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality operations (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
