Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) platforms – e.g., The Clearing House RTP, FedNow, or similar.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, settlements, ACH, wire, and ISO 20022 messaging formats.
- Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
