VIP staffing is Immediately hiring a Project Drafter for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position with a Monday- Thursday 8am- 6:30pm schedule
Pay for this position is $24.00 per hour
As a Project Drafter you will:
- Make 2D and 3D drawings accurately
- Revise and make installation sheets to add to company website content.
- Complete submittals as requested
- Edit and modify drawings, archiving and issuing revised drawings.
- Gain understanding of work orders and submittal drawings as related to specific jobs.
Project Drafter Candidates must mee the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience required, additional education and/or certification from a technical school is a plus
- In depth experience of MS Word, Excel and Data entry program is a must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid works programs or equivalent required.
- Advanced knowledge of drafting processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of drawings.
- Strong Critical Thinking Skills
- Oral Comprehension skills
- Strong Computer skills.
