Part-Time Talent Sourcing Consultant - Build Pipelines

Augusta Health Brand

Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support talent acquisition through proactive, relationship-based outreach, building diverse candidate pipelines and maintaining sourcing tools, projects, and processes that strengthen recruiting outcomes.

This part-time, on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and experience in recruiting or sourcing; SHRM/HRCI certification is preferred. Generous benefits accompany the position.
