MBA has recently expanded our facility to meet our community's demand. We are busy and growing! We currently see 350+ cars per month with the goal to grow to 400+ cars per month. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Previous service writing, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance practices is a plus. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs while providing excellent customer service. Prepare accurate auto estimates and service write-ups to ensure clear communication with both customers and service technicians. Present additional services based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
