Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele Float

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float personnel team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position involves providing care to a diverse patient population, which may include patients boarded from the emergency room, telemetry, medical-surgical, and more. Our team is dedicated to meeting the staffing needs across various units in the institution.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Timing: 19:00 - 07:30

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across multiple units as needed.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio that varies between 1:4 to 1:6, depending on unit acuity.
• Fulfill charge nurse responsibilities on small units, which may include managing staffing needs, overseeing bed flow, and coordinating overall patient care.

Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience is required.
• Previous experience in a U.S. healthcare setting is mandatory; Canadian experience alone will not be considered sufficient.
• Cardiac step-down experience is ideal, but not required.
