Overview A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate or Real Estate Associate to join its Corporate and Real Estate practices across multiple major U.S. markets, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate transactions or real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. This role offers exposure to complex deals, client interaction, and opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility under the guidance of senior attorneys. This position is particularly well suited to a 3–6 year associate seeking hands‑on transactional experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Advise clients on corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing transactions or real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, leases, purchase documents, and ancillary contracts. Support deal execution from diligence through closing. Collaborate with partners and colleagues across national practice groups on strategic and complex transactions. Provide guidance on regulatory, risk, and commercial considerations affecting client deals. Participate in client‑facing meetings and provide practical, business‑oriented advice. About You J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 3–6 years of corporate or real estate transactional experience at a law firm or equivalent professional environment. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex transactions. Experience across multiple asset classes or deal structures is a plus. Why Apply? Base salary range: $200,000 – $230,000 depending on experience and location.
