IFA Administrator (Financial Planning) - Hybrid Working - AT531

Our client, a well-established independent financial planning business, is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Broadway office on a full-time, permanent basis. The company offers a hybrid working model, with the option to work from their central Gloucester hub if preferred. Working alongside a team of Financial Advisers, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey, ensuring new business, client servicing and provider interactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of administration. You will play a key role in supporting advisers to deliver an outstanding client experience, helping to ensure regulatory requirements are met, client records remain accurate and business is processed efficiently from application through to completion. positive client and business outcomes. Responsibilities -Process new business applications and supporting documentation through to completion.

• Maintain accurate client records and update information on Intelligent Office.
• Prepare illustrations, quotations and documentation for adviser client meetings.

Liaise with clients, providers and advisers to progress applications and resolve queries.

• Manage client transactions and policy servicing on provider platforms.
• Process policy alterations, withdrawals and claims, ensuring all documentation is issued promptly.
• Monitor outstanding business and chase providers to ensure timely completion.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA requirements, company procedures and compliance standards.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
