Senior Asset Manager, Affordable Housing Acquisitions
Housing Authority of the City of Austin
The Housing Authority of the City of Austin is seeking an experienced Asset Manager – Acquisitions to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily residential properties in the Austin area. This role will drive asset performance, execute strategic business plans, and manage essential relationships with joint venture partners and property management companies. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of seven years of experience in residential asset management with a focus on the Austin market. Candidates who possess strong financial modeling skills and a Bachelor's degree will be prioritized.
