Commercial Fence Sales Closer
Colonial Fence is seeking a high-performing Commercial Fence Sales Closera true market hunter who thrives on competition, builds powerful relationships, and closes high-value commercial contracts. If you're the kind of salesperson who sees opportunity before others do and enjoys the chase as much as the close, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close commercial fence opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with GCs, municipalities, property managers, and commercial clients
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages
- Manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet revenue goals and drive market expansion
- Represent Colonial Fence with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
Who You Are
5+ years of commercial fence sales experience required
Proven track record of closing high-value commercial projects
Strong understanding of commercial estimating, RFPs, and bid processes
Competitive, motivated, and hunter-minded
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
