Provides supporting documentation to the customer. Fields and troubleshoots shipping and service issues as they arise and supports the Sales Team when needed.Essential functions:Process, reconcile and disperse invoices and credit/debit invoices accurately.Provides daily, monthly and annual reports to management.Organizes and maintains Sales Document Retention program.Maintains department digital files through current scanning program.Field customer calls.Investigate and resolve billing and freight related inquiries.Process customer orders.Facilitate the coordination of orders to be shipped with the warehouse personnel.Expedite orders and shipments.Develop commodity item RFQ’s using published pricing schedules and applicable customer discounts.Perform other duties as assigned.Required education and experience:High school diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of office and billing experience.Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to concentrate, make decisions, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions.Preferred education and experience:Previous experience preferred.Associate degree preferred.Job training for this position is provided by department. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tube Forgings Of America Inc
