Accounting Clerk Location: Tigard, OR Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Contract We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support a busy accounting department in Tigard. This role is ideal for someone with experience handling a variety of accounting and administrative functions who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Enter and maintain accurate financial data Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial records Process payments and assist with billing activities Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Support month-end and year-end accounting activities Respond to vendor and customer inquiries Assist the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience Strong data entry and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Contract Benefits Contract employees may be eligible for: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee assistance program Referral bonus opportunities Weekly pay Direct deposit This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals looking to expand their experience and join a supportive team environment.
