Accounting Clerk Location: Tigard, OR Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support a busy accounting department in Tigard. This role is ideal for someone with experience handling a variety of accounting and administrative functions who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial records
• Process payments and assist with billing activities
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
• Assist the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
