Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Outreach: Proactively connect with prospective clients to introduce DG Agency's services and expand our customer base.
• Policy Review: Evaluate existing insurance policies, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and recommend updates as needed.
• Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
