Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, providing therapeutic interventions and crisis management.

• Demonstrate respect and cultural sensitivity when working with clients from diverse backgrounds and various socio-economic statuses.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, ensuring comprehensive assessments are performed when necessary and develop integrated care plans that link clients to needed services.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and maintain compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria to ensure a seamless treatment experience.

• Participate in safety protocols by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions while using appropriate procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, goals, and service delivery to facilitate quality improvement initiatives.
\n
• Provide timely on-call support during and after program hours as needed, bolstering our crisis intervention resources.

• Actively participate in committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and quality improvement efforts.
