Who You Are (Qualifications)

• The Experience: 6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting ( Required ).
• The Education: High School Diploma required ; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE/Education is a major plus .
• The Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain it).
• The Spark: A reliable, nurturing professional with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
