We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, professional development opportunities, and a chance to make a difference in the lives of our students. 20 Local Locations: North/ Central / South Austin Kyle/ Buda/ San Marcos Round Rock/ Pflugerville Leander/ Cedar Park Teaching Opportunities: Infants (0-17 months) Toddlers (18-36 months) Preschool (3-5 Years) Afterschool/ Summer Camps (K-5th Grade) Chef/ School Aide Substitute Teacher Summer Swim Instructor Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to enhance children's learning and development Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth Foster a love for learning by engaging children in interactive and hands‑on educational experiences Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment by closely supervising children and enforcing safety and cleaning protocols Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage good social skills among children Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide updates on children's developmental domains Assist with daily tasks, such as mealtime, naptime, and maintaining cleanliness in the classroom Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable Knowledge of child development principles and age‑appropriate teaching methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously First Aid and CPR certification is a plus Must pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements Our Commitment to You!
