Responsibilities Take care of infants at the highest standards and follow daily schedules Implement STEM lesson plans (monthly course material provided) Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects early childhood education standards Be a team player and help the team with lunch breaks Communicate effectively with parents and build a positive relationship with them Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Observe and assess children’s progress Be a very caring, motherly‑type teacher Experience The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of childhood experience with ages 6 weeks–18 months and be committed to fostering, nurturing, and stimulating a learning environment for children Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to use iPads efficiently and update iPads with children’s activities Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour Available during operating hours: 6:30 am–6:30 pm (schedule is TBD) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience #411
