We are looking for an Asset Protection Coordinator to provide administrative support for a busy asset protection team. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage sensitive information, coordinate multiple priorities, and respond calmly in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep daily operations organized by handling documentation, vendor-related paperwork, background screening activity, and incident-related communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage background screening requests for employees and member-related submissions, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.

• Coordinate vendor documentation and payment-related records, including contracts, invoices, and requisitions connected to security, alarm, maintenance, and facility support services.

• Support chargeback and billing activities tied to asset protection programs and member initiatives.

• Prepare and distribute property control passes while maintaining organized supporting records.

• Respond promptly to urgent situations by escalating concerns, contacting emergency services when appropriate, and notifying on-duty site leadership.

• Maintain shift activity logs and preserve complete records of events, communications, and operational updates within the office.

• Assist with access control administration, including recordkeeping for card access activity and related system updates as needed.

• Process identification card requests, verify supporting information, and maintain accurate files for issued credentials.

• Monitor incoming calls, alarm activity, incident systems, and external information sources to support timely awareness and coordination.

• Organize case documentation by assigning reference numbers and maintaining files for inventory incidents, accident reports, fuel spill records, and similar matters.

• Experience supporting administrative operations in a coordinator, assistant, or similar office-based role.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage detailed records, documents, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and communicating clearly during both routine and urgent situations.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, requisitions, or other basic financial and vendor-related administrative tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting activity and coordinating with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and data entry, with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
