At Power-Flo Technologies , you’ll be part of a team that supports the electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation industries with trusted products and real-world solutions. As the Outbound Sales Representative , you will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to nurture sales leads and set up appointments.
Monday - Friday. Open to part-time and full-time schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM.
Salary Range : $19/hour + bonus potential

Outbound Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls and emails to potential customers to pitch our products and services
- Field inbound calls from prospective customers answering any questions
- Gain product and service knowledge and stay up to date with our offers
- Research potential customers
- Vet potential customers through a sales funnel
- Track the contact list and maintain customer records
- Take detailed call notes and record feedback
- Follow sales scripts
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Outbound Sales Representative Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Experience in outbound sales
- Cold calling and/or call center skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
- Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination
- Persistent and results oriented
- Eager to gain product knowledge
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Works well independently
- Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications
- A driver's license is required to travel to trainings as needed
- Automation and industrial product knowledge a plus.
