Role Overview
We are looking for Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain technical dairy equipment on customer farms. This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and building long-term relationships with the agricultural community. Whether you are starting your career or are a seasoned pro, we have a path for you.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair : Troubleshoot technical problems with milking equipment, milk tanks, sorting gates, and herd management systems.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent service during field visits and build positive rapport with farm owners.
- Documentation : Produce timely service reports and maintain accurate records of time and parts used.
- Safety & Biosecurity : Strictly follow company and farm biosecurity protocols to protect animal health.
- On-Call Rotation : Remain reliable during scheduled on-call timeframes to support our 24/7 dairy partners.
Qualifications
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills : Strong troubleshooting ability and proficiency with trade tools.
- License : Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate company vehicles).
- Physical : Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various farm environments.
- Mindset : A positive attitude, "can-do" spirit, and a passion for supporting the dairy industry.
