About the job Reservations Support Specialist - WFH About the Role As a Reservations Support Specialist, you will assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish, with a focus on the technical and logistical side of bookings. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each clients itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. Youll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to confirming and managing reservations within various travel systems. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and specific reservation requirements. Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings ensuring all details are confirmed. Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details within the reservation database. Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with technical booking entries and vendor confirmations. Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, or reservation issues. Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by verifying that all bookings are accurately processed and documented. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking tools).
