Registered Dietitian / Licensed Dietitian
Nutrire Nutrition Services LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) to provide nutrition services in skilled nursing and long-term care facility.
Responsibilities include completing nutrition assessments, monitoring residents at nutritional risk, developing care plans, reviewing weights and laboratory results, completing MDS documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian or Florida Licensed Dietitian
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with PointClickCare and MDS Section K is a plus
