Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first assist duties in surgical procedures across assigned specialties including Orthopedics, Neurology, and ENT
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems during procedures
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including a minimum of 1–2 call shifts per week
• Participate in one 24-hour weekend call shift per month per schedule
• Collaborate with charge staff and nursing management during on-call coverage periods

Required Qualifications

• Certification or licensure as a Surgical Technologist First Assist
• Demonstrated proficiency in Orthopedic, Neurology, and ENT surgical procedures
• Experience with robotic surgical systems (required)
• Ability to meet on-call requirements including weekend 24-hour call coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel surgical technician experience
• Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume surgical environments
