Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor

Supervising a remote team of consumer loan processors, the full-time Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor will organize, plan, and ensure compliance with loan quality control functions while overseeing staff performance and development. Key responsibilities Supervise consumer loan processing activities to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations Manage staffing decisions, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Plan and organize workload assignments to optimize resource use and meet department deadlines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field 3-5 years of experience in the lending industry with a focus on loan processing and servicing Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
