Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.You will support the Corporate Security Executive Protection team by planning, coordinating, andexecuting personal protection for senior Lockheed Martin Executives. Often on call beyond normal working hours in the protection and transportation of senior executives and visitors to and from Lockheed Martin facilities, meetings, and special events. May use force of arms to carry out the mission and requires special State Police Commission to include applicable weapons permits. May perform emergency medical response. Performs advance trip planning/coordination with law enforcement agencies and other groups for executive visits for both domestic and international travel. The applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Possess or be able to obtain a Maryland and VA Special Police Commission and concealed weapon permits.Basic Qualifications5+ years experience in providing close protection and advance trip planning/coordination- Effective verbal communication skills.- Extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC metro area.- Tactical driving capabilities.- Experience in dealing with workplace violence.- Ability to work long hours and travel both CONUS and OCONUS- Experience in working in a corporate environment.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Familiarity with home security systems.Desired SkillsAED/CPR CertifiedFirearms expertSmall protective detail experienceFormal Executive Protection training certificate Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
