About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Carrier Practice Sales, a pivotal role dedicated to driving growth within the specialty property and casualty insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners. This senior-level position demands a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related experience, preferably with a professional designation in the insurance industry. The role requires a deep understanding of carrier, MGA, and program administrator operations, and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders to foster high-impact relationships. The VP will be expected to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, contribute to market strategy, and ensure that client solutions align with the company's operational capabilities. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should be self-motivated, with a proven track record in consultative and solutions-based selling. The position calls for an individual who can act as a trusted advisor, is adept at navigating complex sales cycles, and is familiar with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the specialty P&C market, a strong network of decision-makers, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with senior leadership to define and execute long-term business development objectives.
