General Maintenance Technician: Full-Time

Every team member plays a role in shaping spaces that residents are proud to call home. Responsibilities Prepare apartment homes for new residents with high-quality make‑readies. Partner closely with your property and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly. Oversee vendor work to ensure quality and timeliness. Keep supplies organized, order parts as needed, and track inventory. Stay compliant with OSHA standards and follow company safety policies. Perform routine and preventative maintenance. Assist with the bid process and training of maintenance team members. Handle lock changes, snow/ice removal, and other on‑site needs. Be available for on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours emergencies. Report unusual or urgent issues to the Property Manager. Qualifications and Experience Apartment maintenance or handyman experience required. Knowledge of HVAC (certification a plus), plumbing, and electrical. Positive, professional, and resident‑focused attitude. Supervisory or training experience preferred. Willingness to be on‑call and work some weekends. Ability to travel between nearby properties and complete supply pickups. Valid driver’s license and auto‑insurance.
