Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic
We are a family owned and operated full- service sales and service center for SANY, LIUGONG AND GEHL excavators, skid steers and wheel loaders. We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic to join our team.

An Experienced Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic who is self-motivated, reliable and can represent State Tractor off-site and on-site professionally. Experience within the heavy equipment industry and those who can work flexible schedules for service calls.

Responsibilities:
- · Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair heavy and light equipment and vehicles.
- · Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts
- · Perform required DOT inspections to ensure service truck is in proper, safe working order
- · Tags out of service issues and informs Supervisor.
- · Professional etiquette and Team player attitude
- · Travel is required to assist customers.
- · Ability to complete service calls efficiently and on time.
Required:
- · Mechanical Experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- · Background clearance to travel to Railroads.
- · Stable work history.
- · Valid DL and ability to obtain Medical Card.
- · Team player attitude.
- · Ability to pass a drug screening and lift test.
