This position requires you to be on-site 5 days per week. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.ResponsibilitiesThe Plant Human Resources Manager serves as the strategic Human Resources business partner for an assigned manufacturing facility, aligning people strategies with operational and business objectives. The position leads employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. This role partners with plant and business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, retention, and performance. The position exercises independent judgment in addressing complex workforce matters, influences leaders across the organization, and drives Human Resources strategies that support a safe, inclusive, accountable, and high-performing culture.You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!Human Resources Strategy & Business PartnershipPartner with plant and business leadership to develop and execute Human Resources strategies aligned with operational goals and business priorities.Lead Human Resources initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee engagement, retention, and operational performance.Serve as the primary Human Resources business partner for assigned manufacturing operations, providing strategic guidance on workforce priorities and organizational needs.Influence cross-functional business initiatives and enterprise Human Resources priorities to support evolving business objectives.Leadership & Talent DevelopmentCoach leaders on employee performance, engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning to strengthen leadership capability and business performance.Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives to build and sustain a capable workforce.Develop and deliver training that strengthens leadership capability, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.Lead, coach, and develop Human Resources team members while promoting accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Employee Relations & ComplianceLead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation, while minimizing organizational risk.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Manage Human Resources records, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation to support accurate and effective Human Resources operations.Support food safety, SQF, GMP, and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.Workforce Analytics & Organizational EffectivenessAnalyze workforce data and Human Resources metrics to identify trends, evaluate organizational needs, and recommend solutions that improve business performance.Support leadership development, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Manage external Human Resources vendors and service providers as needed to support business requirements.You Will Love It Here If…You listen, learn, and evolveYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou put safety first, alwaysYou are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goalsYou believe in treating all people with respect, operating ethically, and growing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaceYou are committed to improving our impact on local communities and creating positive experiencesQualificationsEducation/Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
