How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across varied commercial and industrial environments.
• Interpret intricate blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical prints to layout and schedule daily field work efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members and field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and high craftsmanship standards.
• Address and troubleshoot real-time technical workflows and material handling obstacles safely on the job site.
• Adopt and implement constructive feedback while actively setting personal goals for technical and operational improvement.
• Represent the core company values of fairness, honesty, and open communication during every single shift.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record performing comprehensive electrical work within a commercial or industrial capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading, analyzing, and executing work directly from blueprints and electrical prints.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments and adapt quickly to constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours to project sites located outside a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of professional, hands-on electrical experience.
• Completion of a formal Trade School program or possession of a Journeyman Card equivalent.
