Goldwaves Salon has been Fort Worth's home for great hair and real connection since 1988. We're looking for our next Goldwaves Concierge. This is the person guests meet first, trust immediately, and remember on their way out the door.

This is not a phone-answering, appointment-clicking, job. It's a retail-advisor, hospitality-first, relationship-building role for someone who genuinely loves people. We will teach you everything else.

What You'll Actually Do

• Be the warm, confident first face guests see and the reason they can't wait to come back.

• Become a real product expert and recommend retail with genuine confidence (not a script).

• Ask every guest to prebook their next visit (because you actually want to see them again).

• Run our scheduling system (Meevo) like a pro. We will train you!

• Help create the kind of experience people leave reviews about.

What We're Looking For

We can teach the software. We can teach the products. We can't teach warmth. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you:

• You strike up conversation with strangers easily and enjoy it.

• You read people well — you know when someone wants to chat and when they just need to check in andgo.

• You anticipate what someone needs before they ask for it.

• You genuinely love beauty, retail, or hospitality. You don't look at the opportunity as "just a job."

• You have real retail or sales experience. Ideally, you have recommended and sold product, not just rung it up.

• You're comfortable learning new technology and systems, and you pick things up fast.

• You stay composed and gracious even when the lobby is full, and you keep track of a dozen things at once without dropping any.

• You follow through and people don't have to come behind you and check.

• You're kind, dependable, and low-drama. We want a great teammate, not just a great employee.

• You're career-minded and looking to build something, not just clock in for pocket money between

classes.

• Must be 18 or older. Several years of customer-facing or professional experience preferred (retail,

hospitality, restaurant, or similar).

• Flexible availability is a plus — we're looking for someone who doesn't need a fixed hour count.

Pay & Perks

• $16–$18/hour base, based on experience

• Monthly team bonus when the salon hits goal. This is shared by the whole team

• Performance-based pay increase opportunity at 90 days

• 40% employee discount on retail products

• Discounted employee hair services after 90 days

• Paid holidays and vacation (per eligibility)

• Real training. You will never be thrown into this without support
