Marketing & Communications Manager

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Manager Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year Type: Part-Time Core Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create content for bi-weekly newsletters and event promotions. Website & Admin: Update the website using ChamberMaster/WordPress. Provide front-office support when needed by answering phones and greeting visitors. Maintain Brand: Coordinate consistent messaging with contractors, committees, and across various marketing platforms and promotional materials Chamber Support: Attend and capture photos and short-form content at Chamber events for use in social media, newsletters, and promotional materials Create graphics for marketing and promotional materials Conduct interviews/member spotlights Assist with the annual "Harbor Country Guide" publication Reporting: Attend and present marketing report at monthly Board Meetings Key Requirements Experience: 2–4+ years in marketing, social media, or content creation. Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business is preferred (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, email marketing tools, and CRM/QuickBooks is a plus. Flexibility: Ability to work from the main Three Oaks office, New Buffalo satellite office, and attend occasional morning, evening, or weekend events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
