This position involves booking guest's for appointments, retail sales and the upselling of services sales. We offer rewards incentives for meeting your retail and service upselling goals.

Position Summary

As our Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator , you will serve as the first and last impression of Salon CoCo BOND.

This position is much more than answering phones. You’ll help coordinate our service providers schedules to maximize appointment bookings, building positive guest relationships, supporting our beauty professionals, and ensuring every client receives a five-star experience during their time with us.
Knowledge of salon software/prior salon desk experience is a huge PLUS!

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week

Required Availability:

✔ Every Saturday

✔ Wednesday Evenings

✔ Thursday Evenings

✔ Fridays

Applicants must be available to work this schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience from arrival through checkout
• Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
• Schedule appointments while maximizing booking opportunities
• Coordinate guest check-in and checkout
• Recommend and sell salon services and professional retail products
• Assist guests with questions and reservations
• Maintain an organized, polished reception area
• Support our stylists, spa providers, and management team throughout the day
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks
• Help maintain the high standards Salon CoCo BOND is known for

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury salon, spa, hospitality, boutique retail, medical aesthetics, hotel, or customer service environment
• Prior experience using salon management software is highly preferred
• Meevo software experience is a plus
• Retail sales experience is preferred
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
