Client Intake & Office Coordinator

A growing law firm is seeking a polished and organized professional to support front desk operations, client intake, and day-to-day office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, phones, visitors, and office support
  • Handle client intake calls and online submissions
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and maintain calendars
  • Assist with legal agreements, document prep, filing, and deposits
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative and trial prep tasks
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and CRM updates

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and professional demeanor

Salary: $50K–$60K + benefits
