As a Membership Advisor , you'll serve as the first point of connection for prospective members, helping them discover how Club Pilates can support their health and wellness goals. Through consultative conversations, studio tours, and personalized recommendations, you'll guide people toward the membership that's right for them while building lasting relationships.

This isn't a front desk position. It's a consultative sales role where your ability to connect with people, solve problems, and confidently ask for the sale directly impacts both your success and the lives of the members you serve.

What You'll Do

As a Membership Advisor, you'll play a key role in growing the business while creating an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

You'll:

• Guide prospective members through the sales process, from initial inquiry to membership enrollment.

• Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized consultations.

• Recommend memberships, private training, retail products, and specialty programs based on each person's goals.

• Follow up consistently with prospective members using ClubReady CRM.

• Build lasting relationships that drive member retention and referrals.

• Keep your sales pipeline organized and actively manage leads.

• Participate in community outreach, networking events, local businesses, health fairs, farmers markets, and studio events.

• Collaborate with your team to achieve studio goals while creating an exceptional member experience.

A Day in the Life

No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

• Respond to new leads through phone calls, texts, and emails.

• Welcome guests into the studio and deliver engaging tours.

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each person's goals.

• Recommend the membership that best fits their needs.

• Follow up consistently and confidently ask for the sale.

• Celebrate member milestones and build relationships that keep members engaged.

• Represent Club Pilates throughout the local community.

• Track your performance and work toward monthly sales goals.

Fitness experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Comfortable participating in community marketing and outreach events.
