RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

This position requires 4 ten-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM with rotating days, including an on-call requirement for 14 days within a 6-week schedule, which includes two weekends.

We are looking for an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional nursing skills, provide high-quality patient care, and work collaboratively within the cardiac catheterization lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless workflow and patient safety.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about the procedures and care plans.
• Maintain a sterile working environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• Experience in a cath lab or similar clinical environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Documentation of MMR, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations.
• Successful completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
