Your scope includes: Provide visible leadership that promotes a strong safety-first culture and ensures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Direct all manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives. Establish performance expectations and monitor key manufacturing metrics including productivity, downtime, waste, throughput, customer service and overall equipment effectiveness. Partner with commercial teams to support customer growth, service requirements, and new business opportunities. Champion quality systems while leading root cause investigations and corrective actions related to safety, quality, customer complaints and operational issues. Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing by implementing initiatives through a servant leadership lens that leads to engagement with process improvement. Monitor financial performance and analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities to achieve profitability and cost targets. What You Bring You're a natural fit for Plant Manager if you have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, Business or related discipline. 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant, operations in a fast paced, high growth-oriented environment. Experience managing safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement initiatives through Lean tools and methodologies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, capital expenditures, and operational performance metrics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders across departments while influencing growth and positive change at all levels of the organization. Paper, paperboard, protective packaging, converting, corrugated and coatings manufacturing experience will be highly considered. Proficiency with MS365 applications, CMMS systems and SAP/ERP.
